What are syringomas?
Syringomas are small, skin-colored or yellowish papules that form from overgrowth of the eccrine sweat ducts. They most commonly appear on the lower eyelids, cheeks, and temples. They are not contagious or dangerous, but makeup can catch on them and they can cast texture in photos.
Our treatment toolkit
Agnes RF (precision radiofrequency)
Insulated micro-needles deliver RF energy exactly into the lesion to debulk and thermally shrink the syringoma while protecting surrounding skin. This is our hero modality for periorbital clusters.
Scarlet RF Microneedling (skin quality support)
After focal reduction, Scarlet RF can thicken delicate skin and smooth residual crepe so texture looks more uniform.
Aerolase NEO
Custom fractional resurfacing to refine edges and even tone when appropriate for your skin type and downtime.
Regenerative support (PRF or exosomes)
Post-procedure support to calm, speed recovery, and improve overall skin quality.
Medical-grade skincare
Barrier repair, gentle pigment control, and daily mineral SPF to protect healing tissue and reduce PIH risk.
